  • What is a concierge service?
    Our concierge service takes the guesswork out of choosing your activities and vacation logistics. We select the best service providers in each of our destinations to offer you unique experiences. We can organize your stay from A to Z, or recommend original activities. The aim is to enable you to enjoy your vacation to the full, without having to worry about administrative formalities and reservations for restaurants, activities, transfers, cars etc...
  • What makes you different?
    What sets us apart from other concierge services is that we select and audit our service providers to offer you the best in each destination. We also offer a dedicated concierge service throughout your stay, with a response time of less than 1 hour. What sets us apart is our selection criteria: excellence, originality and discretion.
  • Do you only work with members, or can I book a one-off service?
    We offer two dedicated concierge services. The first is a dedicated concierge to help you book all your activities right up to the day of your arrival. The second allows you to benefit from a dedicated concierge throughout your stay, with a response rate of less than 1 hour for all your last-minute requests. We can also handle one-off requests without a concierge on hand.
  • What are your opening hours?
    We are available Monday to Saturday from 09:00 to 20:00 (French time). In the Elite Conciergerie package, you benefit from a dedicated concierge from Monday to Sunday, 08:00 to 22:00. An emergency number will also be provided if you have an urgent request during closing hours.
  • Are there any limits to the services you can provide?
    No request is too big or too complex. We do our utmost to meet them with excellence. Your imagination is our only limit, and we love a challenge.
